The Monetize Your Magic Program Agreements:

Please read the following. If anything is unclear, please ask.

This Agreement is made today between the Coach of the Program and the person named at the end of this document, “client”.

You are also in agreement with and understand what is included in The Monetize Your Magic Program.

Once the course begins, students will have access for a total of 6 months (or Nov 30th 2023) if the program has been paid in full for. Any partial payments will forfeit access to the program.

SCHEDULING It is the Client’s responsibility to schedule the 1:1 60min coaching intensive sessions included in the program.

This intensive must be fulfilled during the program duration. A link to book, alongside instructions, will be provided after the course's first retreat.

Please be on time for appointments. If the Client is more than 15 minutes late from the scheduled start time, the Coach reserves the right to treat the appointment as a “no- show” and in that situation, the client will forfeit the session. If the Client needs to cancel or reschedule the appointment, the Client must do so 48 hours in advance via [email protected]; otherwise, the Client will forfeit that appointment and will not have an opportunity to reschedule it. (Exceptions may be made in cases of Emergency or unpredictable circumstances, according to the discretion of the Coach.) The session will take place remotely via Zoom and you will be responsible for ensuring that you have in place all necessary resources to enable you to access the Service.

PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS The client understands there are no refunds or transfer of credit.

The Client understands that the regular cost of the Program is $4,444 USD in full, or $777 USD/month for 6 months ($4,662 USD).

If there are any predetermined discounts these will be reflected on the first invoice. Payments of either the full amount or the first month's payment (if on payment plan) are due upon receipt of an invoice to secure your spot in the program. The first invoice will be sent after official acceptance into the program and the subsequent invoices will be sent in 30 day intervals.

The Client understands that he/she/they are responsible for fulfilling their monthly invoices, on time and in full. If the Client wishes to withdraw from the program, they will remain responsible for the cost of the program in full. If you are on a payment plan or pre-determined agreement, all payments must be made by the agreed dates. Failure to do so may result in lost sessions or a cancellation of your course access.

The Coach reserves the right to cancel the program if at any point she or he feels it is not advantageous for the coaching program to continue. If this happens, the Client is only responsible for the pro-rated share of coaching services received.

DISCLAIMERS The Client understands that the role of the Coach is not to diagnose, treat or cure any disease, condition or other physical or mental ailments of the human body. Rather, the Coach is a mentor and guide who has been trained in coaching to help clients reach their own goals by helping clients devise and implement positive, sustainable lifestyle changes. The Client understands that the Coach is not acting in the capacity of a doctor, licensed dietician-nutritionist, psychologist, or another licensed or registered professional, and that any advice given by the Coach is not meant to take the place of advice by these professionals.

The Client has chosen to work with the Coach and understands that the information received should not be seen as medical advice and is not meant to take the place of seeing licensed health professionals.

The purpose of the 6-The Monetize Your Magic Program is to support your personal & spiritual development, empowerment, and growth. All guidance and information supplied to you during this program is to be used at your own risk and discretion.

• For your growing awareness this body of work & Christine’s 1:1 Sessions operate on a deep level and may at times encourage the review of memories to surface physically, emotionally &/or mentally.
• Information supplied during this program & in your sessions should not be used as a substitute for medical advice, or that given by any other psychological/psychiatric professional used by you. If you are concerned about your health in any way, always consult a medical practitioner.
• Christine Banno cannot be held responsible for any loss, claim or damage arising out of the use, or misuse, of the information supplied, or for the failure to take medical advice.
• This program’s written & recorded content may be used for personal use only. Under no circumstances may this content be shared, sold, or repurposed for your professional use. Course content cannot be shared or recorded for any purposes.

PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY AND RELEASE OF HEALTH CARE RELATED CLAIMS The Client acknowledges that the Client takes full responsibility for the Client’s life and well-being, as well as the lives and well-being of the Client’s family and children (where applicable), and all decisions made during and after this program.

The Client expressly assumes the risks of the Program, including the risks inherent in making lifestyle and professional changes. The Client releases the Coach from any and all liability, damages, causes of action, allegations, suits, sums of money, claims and demands whatsoever, in law or equity, which the Client ever had, now has or will have in the future against the Coach, arising from the Client’s past or future participation in, or otherwise with respect to, the Program, unless arising from the gross negligence of the Coach.

CONFIDENTIALITY The Coach will keep the Client’s information private, and will not share the Client’s information to any third party unless compelled to by law.

ARBITRATION, CHOICE OF LAW, AND LIMITED REMEDIES In the event that there ever arises a dispute between Coach and Client with respect to the services provided pursuant to this agreement or otherwise pertaining to the relationship between the parties, the parties agree to submit to binding arbitration before the British Columbia International Commercial Arbitration Centre. Any judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. Such arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator. The sole remedy that can be awarded to the Client in the event that an award is granted in arbitration is the refund of the Program Fee. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, no award of consequential or other damages, unless specifically set forth herein, may be granted to the Client.

This agreement shall be construed according to the laws of the Province of British Columbia.

In the event that any provision of this Agreement is deemed unenforceable, the remaining portions of the Agreement shall be severed and remain in full force.
