A look inside the course:
MODULE 1: EXCAVATE
In the first module of Activated and Aligned, Christine will lead you through processes like Shadow Work, Inner Child Healing, Upper Limit Expansion, Trigger Work, and how to navigate and re-write the Limiting Beliefs and Blocks holding you back from aligning with your most powerful self. This 3-month deep dive is designed to clear and prepare your vessel so that you can align with the energy of your soul calling. This deep, inner work is foundational to finding success as an entrepreneur. The clearer we are, the more powerful our impact and creations.
MODULE 2: ACTIVATE
The second module of this program is dedicated to connecting with Spirit and learning how to access and follow your soul's guidance. Christine will guide you through the process of weaving magic, play, and soul into the essence of your business and everyday life. During these 3 months, you will be led you through processes of reconnecting to mystery & the essence/Soul/magic of your vision, and will teach/inspire you how to create your own professional template. This module is stacked with guest experts, workshops, and teachers who model unique ways of doing business.
MODULE 3: ELEVATE
The third module is focused on accessing your higher self, and utilizing the connection you've created with spirit to uncover your unique mission & purpose on this planet. Christine will teach you about the energetics of business, uncovering your unique strategy, and all the practical fundamentals you'll need to succeed. This is when we start to explore how to structure your business; tools, platforms and software that will support you; the fundamentals of charging clients and how to name your rate; branding & marketing etc...
MODULE 4: LAUNCH YOUR MAGIC
In the fourth and final module, you'll learn practical, hands-on skills while taking aligned action to launch your business. This is the incubation period, where you'll have hands-on support in bringing your vision to life. You'll have access to Christine, your Activated & Aligned community, and guest experts to call on when you experience real-life hurdles, bumps, and blocks as a new business owner/operator. Learn to navigate the entrepreneurial waters and celebrate your wins with the whole team.

- A 1-day opening retreat to kick off the program
- A 90-minute, 1:1 intensive with Christine
- At least 2 live group calls per month
- A community of likeminded entrepreneurs who will share in this journey with you
- An online gathering place for you to share your experiences, wins, and growth edges
- Guest workshops from successful, soul-led business owners/entrepreneurs who are fully embodied in their craft
- Integration and embodiment tools to support your journey, such as journalling prompts and meditations
- Facilitated breathwork journey
- Access to Christine's at-home movement classes to support your physical body in this process

I am an activator, fire-starter, trail-blazer, and rapid catalyst for personal and professional transformation.

My Journey:
I spent most of my life wandering through different careers and longing for a sense of purpose. I invested hundreds of thousands of dollars in myself, my education, and personal development, always in search of what “traditional job” I fit into. Something never felt quite right though.
It wasn’t until I went through some serious “dark night of the soul” moments (let’s be real... years), cracked the F open and reunited with my intuitive essence, that life started to flow.
I now own and operate multiple thriving businesses including my six-figure coaching practice and I couldn’t be more in gratitude for the journey and lessons I’ve learnt along the way.
